X-RESTORE ISO / POLY
X-RESTORE ISO / POLY is a rapid-set, high-strength, low-viscosity urethane repair material.
This 100 % solids, two-component (1 : 1) system is formulated for rebuilding and repairing damaged control joints, filling voids beneath concrete or tile, and restoring spalled or delaminated concrete surfaces caused by heavy traffic or impact. Its fast-reacting chemistry cures quickly even at low temperatures and provides superior adhesion to properly prepared concrete.
APPLICATIONS
Repairing control and construction joints, rebuilding spalled edges and surface damage, grade correction and surface leveling, filling voids beneath slabs or tile, sealing and bonding structural cracks, repairing traffic areas before coating.
KEY ADVANTAGES
- Ready for traffic in 45 minutes
- High mechanical and chemical resistance
- Self-priming and self-leveling on clean concrete
- May be extended with dry aggregate for deep repairs
- Meets USDA / FDA and LEED® IEQ 4.1 requirements
- Ideal for rapid repairs in industrial environments

Coverage depends on repair size and depth. Typical guide: Heavy damage: 200 – 400 sq ft/gal Moderate damage : 500 – 700 sq ft/gal Minor damage : 800 – 1 000 sq ft/gal |
| Application Guidelines | Condition both components to approximately 21 °C (70 °F) before use. Surface must be clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Cut around damaged areas to create a vertical edge at least 1/4 in (6 mm) deep. Vacuum using a HEPA-filtered system. (download technical specs for more details). |
| Storage and Safety | Store between 13 °C and 29 °C (55 °F – 85 °F) in tightly sealed containers.Keep away from open flame or high heat. Wear gloves, protective clothing, and eye protection.Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children. |
| Limitations | Do not thin; solvents will prevent proper curing. Avoid contact with moisture before full cure. Do not apply to concrete less than 28 days old. Once cured, product acts as a vapor barrier. |
| Packaging | 22 oz Cartridges | 2 Gallon Kits | 10 Gallon Kits. Environmental Compliance. Complies with USGBC LEED® IEQ Credit 4.1. Low-odor formulation – zero VOC – 100 % solids. |
| First Aid | Eyes: Rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention. Skin: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting; drink water and contact a physician. Inhalation: Move to fresh air and seek medical advice if symptoms persist. |
