X-GUARD HG : HIGH GLOSS CONCRETE SEALER
X-GUARD HG is a water-based, lithium-fortified concrete sealer designed to enhance the appearance and durability of polished or decorative concrete floors. It delivers a brilliant, long-lasting finish that resists stains, wear, and yellowing without altering the surface profile. Ideal for maintenance programs and long-term concrete protection.

| Coverage per gallon | Coverage varies depending on concrete porosity and environmental conditions. Typical results: 1st coat: 1,500 to 2,000 sq ft/gal (37 to 49 m²/L) 2nd coat: 3,000 to 4,000 sq ft/gal (73 to 98 m²/L). Two thin, even coats provide better shine and superior protection than one heavy coat. |

| Storage and Safety | Keep container tightly closed between 4°C (40°F) and 38°C (100°F). Do not allow to freeze. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear gloves, long clothing, and eye protection. Wet surfaces may be slippery – use caution. Clean up tools and spills immediately with soap and water. Dispose of residues in accordance with local environmental regulations. |
| Limitations | Will not mask existing stains or cracks. Acids or strong chemicals may damage the surface. Not intended for asphalt, painted, or non-cementitious surfaces. Will not correct structural defects in concrete. |

| First Aid | Eyes: Flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes; consult a doctor if irritation persists. Skin: Wash with soap and water and remove contaminated clothing.
