X-DENS HS: HIGH CONCENTRATION CONCRETE DENSIFIER
X-GUARD HG is a water-based, lithium-fortified concrete sealer designed to enhance the appearance and durability of polished or decorative concrete floors. Its fast-drying reactive formula hardens concrete deep within, improves abrasion resistance, and enhances the final polish gloss. Proper application produces a very dense, breathable surface with no film or discoloration.
APPLICATIONS
Polished and burnished concrete floors, commercial and industrial flooring, automotive dealerships and
warehouses, schools, laboratories, and food processing areas, parking garages and shipping terminals, public buildings, stadiums, and manufacturing facilities.

| Application Guidelines | Apply only when ambient and surface temperature is above 4°C (40°F) for at least 2 hours after application (download the technical data sheet for details) |
| Storage and Safety | Keep tightly closed between 4°C (40°F) and 38°C (100°F). Do not allow to freeze. Keep out of reach of children. Wear gloves, long clothing, and eye protection. Wet surfaces may be slippery – use caution. Clean up tools and spills with soap and water. Dispose of residues in accordance with local environmental regulations. |
